What is HGT?

HGT has been established since 1984

HGT is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the hospitality and tourism industries through specialised education, training, apprenticeships, traineeships, and employment services. Operating across Western Australia, HGT delivers nationally accredited on and off-the-job training tailored to the needs of apprentices, trainees, employers, and hospitality staff. Their services span apprentice and trainee recruitment, professional development programs, and ongoing support and advice for industry participants. Additionally, HGT works closely with schools and colleges to offer engaging training opportunities, including school-based traineeships and apprenticeships.

Our industry consultants are fully qualified chefs.
