The HGT Youth Skills Showcase is a 5 star gala event proudly coordinated by Hospitality Group Training WA, that displays the formidable skills of over 100 of Western Australia’s hottest young apprentice chefs and hospitality trainees.
The hospitality ‘Stars of the Future’, are the next generation of high quality Australian chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers. This is an event that celebrates the contribution that young people make to WA’s hospitality & tourism industry.
