Jordan is a committed and hard working apprentice who is keen to learn new skills. He commenced his apprenticeship at a 5 star hotel but the venue weren’t able to give him the training he needed as a green first year in their very busy kitchen. Jordan is extremely passionate and has some skills he can bring to the role, he can work well under pressure and follows instructions from his chefs.

Shane is a 3rd Year Apprentice who is currently working a busy pub, he started as a kitchen hand before commencing his apprenticeship. He has worked at the venue for 4 years in both capacities and is now ready to progress to another venue to gain more experience. Shane runs the larder section for prep and service and has had some exposure to grill. He is a quiet young man who keeps his head down and gets on with his work.
