EMPLOYERS

Invest in the Future

Perth and WA’s future hospitality stars are building their careers from the ground up—and your business can be part of that journey.

Investing in apprentices and trainees isn’t just about giving someone a start; it’s about shaping the future of the hospitality industry. By bringing emerging talent into a dynamic, hands-on environment, you provide them with real-world experience while they develop and refine their culinary skills.

For employers, apprenticeships offer real value. With a relatively small investment, you gain a motivated team member, fresh perspectives, and a pathway to building a loyal, skilled workforce—helping to reduce staff turnover and strengthen your business long-term.

Apprenticeships and traineeships can be completed full-time, with many also available on a part-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your business needs.
