The Certificate II in Hospitality is a nationally recognised qualification designed to build competence in customer service, safe work practices, hygiene, teamwork, and basic food and beverage operations. This qualification provides a pathway to work in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops. Please note: the nature of work requires standing for long hours, bending and lifting.
