EMPLOYERS

Invest in the Future

Future stars of Perth and WA’s hospitality businesses are working from the ground up. It’s in the interests of the hospitality industry leaders to invest in our industry’s future by taking on and training quality apprentices and trainees.

Unleashing an apprentice or trainee into a vibrant, on-the-job learning environment, gaining them valuable industry experience and a chance to hone their culinary skillset, is a valuable investment for any business.

Apprenticeships are a ‘win-win’ in hospitality. For a relatively small investment, employers are able to equip themselves not only with a skilled employee, but also obtain a source of new ideas and lower labour turnover.

All apprenticeships and traineeships can be undertaken on a fulltime basis and most can be part-time.
